Planning a boat trip from Calvi? Here is the essential information you need before your trip.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
• Check your text messages and emails in the days leading up to your trip, especially before heading to the port.
• Wear clothing suitable for the weather and your chosen boat.
• If your trip includes a swimming stop, bring your swimsuit and a towel.
• Download the free audio guide to your smartphone before the trip and remember to bring your headphones.
• If you are prone to seasickness, ask your pharmacist for advice and avoid boarding on an empty stomach.
Important: a departure may be changed or cancelled, sometimes at the last minute, due to weather or sea conditions, insufficient passenger numbers or a technical issue. You will be notified by text message or email.
If Calvi Evasion cancels your trip, you may request a full refund or reschedule your trip, subject to availability. Rescheduling to another date is neither automatic nor guaranteed. If no alternative date is available or suitable for you, your ticket will be fully refunded.
If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before departure, your ticket may be fully refunded. After this deadline, your ticket will no longer be refundable.

The Spanu is a comfortable, stable, and spacious 48-passenger motorboat suitable for everyone. Its size allows us to sail very close to the coast. It features two outdoor areas, one indoor area sheltered from the sun, rain, and spray, with windows that open, as well as restrooms. Motorboat excursions do not include a stop for swimming from the boat.
The Revellata is a 12-passenger RIB designed for passengers seeking a fun outing with more excitement, who are in good physical condition. It allows us to sail as close as possible to the coast, and the excursions include one stop for swimming. It has no restrooms, nor any shaded or sheltered areas.
The Comfort motoboat is suitable for families with young children and babies. A child fare is available, and children under 3 travel free of charge.
Rib trips to Scandola, Piana and Girolata are not suitable for children under 6. The 2-hour trips in the Gulf of Calvi are suitable for younger children. Always check the conditions stated on the details page for your chosen excursion.
Long RIB excursions to Scandola, Piana, or Girolata are not suitable for pregnant women, people with back or hip problems, or those who have undergone back or hip surgery. In these situations, we recommend choosing the Comfort motorboat or the 2-hour “Apéro Sunset” or “Gulf of Calvi” RIB tours.
Any pregnancy, disability, or health condition must be disclosed at the time of booking so that our team can advise you.
Neither of our two boats currently has wheelchair-accessible boarding facilities.
Eat a light meal before departure, but don’t set out on an empty stomach. During the trip, look toward the horizon, stay active, and spend time outdoors.
Ask your pharmacist for advice on an appropriate preventive treatment, and don’t hesitate to let the crew know if necessary.
Rib tours include one swimming stop lasting about 20 minutes. Masks and snorkels are provided.
The comfort motorboat does not make any swimming stops from the boat. However, on tours that include a stop in Girolata, it is possible to swim during your free time there.
Dogs weighing up to 20 kg are allowed on board the motorboat. Please let us know when you book. They are not permitted on the RIB.
The comfort motorboat is equipped with a restroom and a covered interior area. Water is provided free of charge on board.
The RIB does not have a restroom or a covered area. Cold drinks are provided, and windbreakers, masks, and snorkels are available during excursions.
No, meals are not included.
For day trips (Motorboat or RIB), a stopover of about 1 hour and 30 minutes is scheduled in Girolata; arrival time is around 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
You can bring a picnic or have lunch at a restaurant or snack bar there; reservations are recommended. You can check the list on our website.
We sometimes spot dolphins or other animals, but their presence is never guaranteed.
Every trip is different: sometimes nature keeps a low profile, and sometimes it has some wonderful surprises in store for us!
Our region is often exposed to wind, and sea conditions can change rapidly throughout the day; consequently, a swell forming offshore can make sailing difficult, even when there is no wind in Calvi.
Therefore, any adverse weather or sea conditions — rain, risk of storms, wind or swell — may force us to alter or cancel a trip, sometimes at the last minute.
A departure may also be changed or cancelled in the event of a technical fault or an insufficient number of passengers.
In the event of cancellation: Please keep an eye on your emails and text messages; you may request a full refund of your ticket or choose to reschedule, subject to availability. Rescheduling to another date is neither automatic nor guaranteed. If no date suits you or is available, your ticket will be refunded in full.
Several paid car parks are located near the port, allowing you to reach us quickly on the quayside:
Port car park: As you enter the town, take the first road on the right, opposite the Super U supermarket, then cross the railway tracks.
Super U car park: A large, unpaved car park located opposite the supermarket.
Citadel car park: Located at the top of Boulevard Wilson.
Train station car park: Take Avenue de la République, then turn right at the Porteuse d’Eau fountain.
Please note that all these car parks are paid and independently operated. Our company does not have its own free private car park.
